F**K TAXES

This roast is a Nicaragua single-origin roast. Most of my favorite cigars come from Nicaragua and this coffee pairs perfectly with them.

As you can probably tell from my picture, I fancy myself a cigar connoisseur. Unfortunately, I live in New York where the tax on my cigars is ridiculously high. For each pound of this coffee you buy I donate $1 to the New York Cigar Association to help fight the high taxation in NY.

Roast: Medium

Tasting Profile: Cocoa, floral and citrus tones.

Grower: Smallholder farmers from Molino Norte

Variety: Yellow and Red Catuai, Catimor & Parainema

Region: Molino Norte, Matagalpa, Nicaragua

Altitude: 900-1590 M

Soil Type: Clay Minerals

Process: Fully washed, fermented for 12-14 hours and then dried on patios and raised beds.
